quick TOS; please read, it's short and easy:)

You can freely use all the sounds and presets in the kit commercially, sell beats with them, post on Spotify etc. EXCEPT FOR 3 THINGS:

1. If you use my midi's, melody starters or melody phrases, you have to credit me. Posting your beat on YouTube? Put me in the title (eg. w/ @nightigerxo, +nightiger etc.) Selling your beat on Beatstars? Put me in the title too. Putting your beat/song on Spotify? Put nightiger in the Producer/Beatmaker section in the credits.
2. If you use my melody loops, you have to split revenue 50/50 with me. Selling your beat on Beatstars? Add me as a collaborator (beatstars.com/nightiger) with 50% royalties and 50% publishing. Putting your beat/song on Spotify? If you make more than $20 from the track, send an e-mail to nightigerxo@gmail.com or message @nightigerxo on Instagram and we will settle the split.
3. You cannot use my beats from the flp's folder commercially or claim them as your own, even if modified. You can only post them for non-profit purposes and have to give credit in the title or description of your post.
